Role Summary:

Finance leader for GE Digital – IT Core Technology Solutions division, managing $400MM+ Gross expense & supporting SEB/EB leaders, partnering cross functionally with billing, ops, tax, controllership, sourcing. The job pertains leading a small team while having a strategic focus with operational leaders and overseeing $500-$600M of company financials.

Essential Responsibilities:

Help drive IT Projects, Acquisition Integration and Divestiture reductions, Tool Implementation (ITFM) and Product Management Strategy

In this role you will:

  • Partner with the operations team to promote annual billing cycle which includes demand planning, pricing analysis and overall product management.

  • Partner with IT OPS to promote, analyze, and maintain ITFM tool for assigned product lines. Develop and monitor cost allocations to services, institute processes around overhead allocation, unallocated costs and new service introduction. Analyze results with Operational partners to drive unit cost productivity understanding and opportunity identification.

  • Financial planning & analysis … Ensure operations teams know risks/opportunities and communicating those to leadership (setting the right expectations) in time for blue-print planning.

  • Communication with senior leadership on monthly estimates, close updates, high risks/opportunities

  • Lead financial initiatives within assigned GE Digital Product lines(budgetary challenges, strategic opportunities, regional funding issues, outsourcing/insourcing strategy, leasing strategy)

  • Set financial processes and drive operational accountability/ownership of costs, contractor management and alignment of liquidation trends with expense trends

  • Provide support for changes in operational processes and build relationships with operational leadership to drive business decision making

  • Digital IT Strategic Initiatives ... Provide financial analysis and leadership related to projects including: Vendor Management/Contract Review, Alstom Integration (billing processes and pricing), Capital Divestiture (TSA Management) and GE Digital Finance integration and simplification Qualifications/Requirements: Basic Requirements

  • A Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field and 8 years of related experience. Master’s degree a plus.Eligibility Requirements:
