As a Reporting Analyst you are responsible for creating internal and external reporting of operational metrics and Client billing data. The Reporting Analyst will generate analytical reports from current templates, and update data within existing reports. This position will be required to use their own discretion and judgment when determining the quality and accuracy of data and reports by identifying discrepancies as they arise. This role will provide partial support to our Internal/External team.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Create & run reports

  • Delivers reporting and billing to Client delivery and/or Client accurately and on time

  • Identify opportunities for consolidation of reporting and billing processes

  • Set-up, test reports and billing

  • Run scheduled reports as per Account requirements [Client & Operational]

  • Validate & correct errors as required

  • Modification of existing reports and data as needed by the Client or Operations

  • Respond to requests sent to centralized team

  • Maintain data-set as required

  • Promote positive relationships and strong partnerships for the benefit of the organization

Basic qualifications include:

  • High School Diploma or Equivilant

  • 2 or more years of reporting experience with exposure to data integration and reporting technologies

  • 2 or more years intermediate use of Excel and PowerPoint

  • 2 or more years of industry experience with general knowledge of recruitment processes

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Previous experience supporting accounts preferred

  • Experience with Reporting and Applicant Tracking systems

  • Experience with data analysis and strong attention to detail - Ability to perform tedious tasks with a high degree of accuracy

  • Experience with recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) either as a Client or as a service provider

  • Time management skills including ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Ability to work independently in a self-directed capacity, as well as in a team environment

  • Experience in researching complex issues and developing recommended actions

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to analyze, explain, and draw logical conclusions from complex operational, financial, regulatory and/or business data

  • Must be detail oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements
