Job DescriptionThe position is responsible for accounting entries of debiting cash and crediting receivables. Daily Entries required to reconcile general ledger with correct debit and credit general ledgers entries. Tasks are substantially varied and complex. Serves as a resource to others in the resolution of general ledger and receivables issues. All policies and guidelines must be followed without deviation.RequirementsEducational Requirements Preferred Two years post High School education.Computer or clerical experience required.Requires one year of healthcare related experience.SkillsAbility to adapt and respond to change and learn quickly. Ability to think conceptually to develop innovative ways of approaching issues in a creative manner.Must be able to interpret regulations and policies to ensure compliance within the department.Must be detailed oriented and possess a high degree of accuracy.Must have strong organizational skills and be able to work efficiently under stress.Ability to establish priorities and manage time effectively.Computer skills in internet and email at minimum.Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.Possesses skills in courteous, compassionate and respectful treatment of internal and external customers.Ability to verbally communicate well and problem solve effectively.
