You areresponsible for overseeing culinary functions for a corporate dining account. You will manage and lead a team of associates and oversee all safety and sanitation as it pertains to the account. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following: Key Responsibilities:
Manage cost controls and control expenditures for the account
Conduct the planning and creating of menus
Produce and execute catering events
Purchase and manage inventory
Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with Eurest marketing and culinary team
Culinary degree preferred
Two years of culinary supervisory experience
High volume production and catering experience is essential
Previous experience managing cost controls
Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
