Total Card, Inc. Customer Service Unit Manager in Sioux Falls, South Dakota

Join our collaborative leadership team and love what you do! Total Card is currently seeking a Unit Manager in the Installment Loan Department. The Unit Manager coordinates the daily workflow of Customer Service Representatives and assists in the more complex phases of their work. The hours of the position are 10:30am-7:00pm Monday-Friday with every third weekend coverage. Minimum of two years experience in bank cards or bank environment and one year of call center management experience preferred. In depth knowledge of Visa/MasterCard and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act rules and regulations preferred.
