  • $1.50 per hour shift differential (hours worked past 5pm)

  • Up to $0.50 per hour after 90 days of employment

  • up to $2.50 per hour monthly performance incentive

  • $650.00 per year for perfect attendance

The Dedicated Customer Service Representatives take calls in the Installment Loan Department. Representatives are responsible for answering questions, helping the customer, and working to build trust with the customer. Representatives take incoming calls and respond to customer questions via email.

Must commit to 3 weeks of paid training from 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday. After training, hours available between 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and every other weekend is required. Upcoming training classes: July 17th & August 7th.

Minimum of two years of customer service and phone experience preferred.

Bilingual candidates (english/spanish speaking) are encouraged to apply additional $1.00 per hour
