U.S. Bank is seeking a Implementation Manager with break/fix and raised floor hardware experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives. Manages the day-to-day implementation, inventory, infrastructure, escorting, and break/fix for Raised Floor equipment and vendors. Plans and develops policies and procedures to support Mainframe, Mid-Tier, Distributed, and Network hardware installations, infrastructure, and break/fix repair. Provides direction to all levels of staff responsible for installation of equipment using best practices. Ensures feedback as a mentor. Engages in staffing plan hiring. Interacts with critical departmental managers to ensure consistent and high quality support for all mission critical operations and applications. Identifies future departmental business needs and focus for enhanced support. Develops and publishes metrics to qualify and quantify success. Manages a staff of employees with employee relations, performance, and reviews. Approves employee time records, work assignments, vacations, sick pay, etc. Provides input in regards to standard operating procedures and new ways of doing business. At times will engage in a seat at the table and drive meetings when called upon.

-Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, OR
-Technical or vocational certification
-At least 1 year experience with the implementation and support of processes and practices for managing IT infrastructure, development and operations using the concepts and techniques of information technology infrastructure library.
-At least 4 years experience with leading, building and managing effective teams.
-At least 2 years experience with a data center operating environment, day-to-day operational requirements, and the operation of production systems and equipment.
-At least 4 years experience with installing, relocating, and maintaining computing hardware, such as monitors, small CPU's, and printers.

Extensive experience in:
