The ATM & Debit Services division of Consumer Banking Sales and Support is looking for a candidate to fill the role as the manager of the business line auditors. The auditors perform a variety of Quality Assurance procedure audits, targeted audits, SOX Quarterly Self Assessment testing, and SOC 1 assessments with Ernst & Young. This department is also responsible for managing CAS audits and assisting with any remediation that may be necessary for the business line.
The person in this role will be responsible managing and scheduling business audits, participating in projects or activities that assess and manage controls for the business and provide management reporting. This person will be required to work with technology teams, business areas, internal and external auditors to ensure that audit findings are being managed and tracked to completion. They will also be responsible for assessing impacts to the business as new policies from the second line are implemented.
The ideal candidate is required to have excellent project management and analytical skills. Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities are extremely important. The candidate must have strong speaking skills and be able to communicate with various levels of management across business lines. The candidate must also be able to provide full reporting on the progress of remediation and report at various levels based on the audience.
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Seven to ten years of experience in an applicable risk management environment
Applicable professional certifications
Knowledge in auditing, reporting and analysis
Knowledge of banking regulations and Information Security Services Policies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Ability to plan agendas, schedule and conduct meetings and track deliverables
Ability to work as a team leader
Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
Foster a sense of collaboration and work effectively within the team as well as with partners across the company
Demonstrate flexibility, versatility and ability to prioritize work
Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities to completion, seeking guidance as necessary
