MetaBank Support Analyst I - Marketing Reviewer in Sioux Falls, South Dakota

*Job Summary: *

A Support Analyst I works with internal and external clients on the review of marketing material to ensure compliance with all Meta, Network, and Regulatory guidelines and supported successful prepaid program implementations.

*Essential Job Functions: *

  • Reviews marketing materials against work papers to ensure adherence to Meta, Network, and Regulatory guidelines and regulations.
  • Answers incoming partner calls, emails, and correspondence with the Networks, clients, and internal departments.
  • Submits issues for resolution to appropriate team members
  • Facilitates, drives, and completes program implementation tasks.
  • Trains clients and monitors their use of the marketing submission portal.
  • Performs analysis that support regulatory requirements.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience required.
  • 1+ years’ prepaid experience desired.
