Job Description


Operations Analysis (45%)

  • Manage monthly reporting process around; Sales, P&L and Site Productivity

  • Provide data analysis and recommendations around cost down and productivity initiatives and packaging analysis4

  • Support the oversight of the inventory control process

  • Successfully identify and support special project data analysis and provide recommendations to drive operational excellence

  • Other projects and tasks as assigned

Accounting Analysis (30%)

  • Partner with corporate finance team to build annual budget for distribution organization

  • Work with distribution leadership team to oversee monthly accruals, adjustments and journal entries

  • Develop DC quarterly forecast and ensure alignment with Corporate Finance

  • Write CER’s and manage the submission process

  • Understand, monitor and review property tax submittal for all distribution facilities

  • Other Duties as assigned

Purchasing (20%)

  • Build and maintain operations equipment supplier relations and procurement, develop deep understanding of financial impact

  • Partner with distribution leadership team to setup new vendors

  • Provide oversight of purchase cards across DC network

  • Maintain accounts for specific vendors

  • Other Duties as assigned

Accounts Payable (5%)

  • Ensure proper and timely submission of Distribution invoices for all sites

  • Resolve any invoicing issues, drive to successful resolution

  • Other Duties as assigned


  • 3-5 years of experience providing accounting and operations analysis in a similar environment

  • 4 year degree in finance, accounting, or similar field required

  • Strong experience in various (Excel, PowerPoint, Access) Microsoft tools required. MAPICS and WMS experience a plus.

  • Experience and ability to analyze and read P&Ls

  • Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills, detail oriented, user attentive, ability to prioritize workload; self-starter

  • Ability to partner with operational leadership and provide guidance around key business decisions

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Independence and initiative with the ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Ability to be innovative in problem solving techniques


  • Standard office and warehouse environment

  • Some Travel may be required (10%)
